The terms that govern this website, our estimates, and the work we perform.

Last updated: July 20, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website of The Pflugerville Roofing Company and describe the general terms under which we provide roofing services. The specific written proposal and contract for your project governs that project and controls over anything on this page if the two conflict.

1. Use of this website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. Content here is provided for general information and may be updated at any time without notice.

2. Information on this site is not a professional assessment

Our guides and resources describe roofing generally. They are not a substitute for an on-site inspection of your specific roof by a qualified professional, and they are not legal, financial, or insurance advice. Roof conditions vary considerably, and no article can diagnose yours.

3. Estimates and proposals

  • Estimates are based on conditions observable at the time of inspection.
  • Concealed conditions — rotted decking, prior improper repairs, multiple existing layers — may not be visible until work begins and can change scope and price. Any change will be communicated before additional work proceeds.
  • Estimates are valid for the period stated in the proposal. Material prices move, and older estimates may need revision.
  • No work begins without your written authorization.

4. Scheduling and weather

Roofing is weather-dependent. We may reschedule work for safety or to protect the quality of the installation. We'll communicate changes as early as we're able.

5. Payment

Payment terms are set out in your proposal or contract. Change orders for additional work are documented and authorized before that work proceeds.

6. Insurance claim support

We document damage, provide written scopes, and can meet your adjuster on site. We are not public adjusters or attorneys, and we do not file, negotiate, or settle claims on your behalf. Coverage decisions rest with your insurer. In Texas it is unlawful for a contractor to waive, absorb, or rebate a customer's insurance deductible, and we do not do so.

7. Warranties

Workmanship and manufacturer warranty terms applicable to your project are stated in your written proposal. Warranties do not cover storm damage, damage from work performed by others, alterations, neglected maintenance, or conditions outside the scope of coverage described in the proposal. See our warranty guide for a general explanation.

8. Property access and site conditions

You agree to provide safe access to the property and work areas, and to move or protect vehicles, fragile landscaping, and belongings in the work zone where asked. Roofing work generates vibration and debris; we take reasonable precautions including magnetic nail sweeps and debris haul-off.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, our liability arising from the website or our services is limited to the amount paid for the services at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Intellectual property

Content on this site, including text, images, and guides, is our property or used with permission and may not be reproduced without consent.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version posted here, with the date above, is current.
