The Pflugerville Roofing Company ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site or requesting service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Name, phone number, email address, and property address
- Details about your roof and the service you need — inspection, repair, installation, or water damage
- Photos or documents you send us, including insurance correspondence
- Any other information you include in a message or form
Information collected automatically
- Device type, browser, IP address, and general location
- Pages visited and how you arrived, through cookies and analytics tools
2. How we use your information
- Respond to inquiries, schedule inspections, and prepare estimates
- Perform the roofing work you request and communicate about the job
- Provide documentation supporting an insurance claim, when you ask us to
- Send service updates, scheduling messages, and — only if you opt in — occasional offers
- Improve our website and services, and meet legal and safety obligations
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to operate:
- Service providers — scheduling and CRM tools, website hosting, email, and analytics providers acting on our behalf
- Suppliers and subcontractors — where necessary to complete your job, limited to what the work requires
- Your insurer — only at your direction, when we are supporting a claim
- Legal — when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, crew, or the public
- Business transfers — if the business is merged or acquired, information may transfer subject to this policy
4. Calls and text messages
When you provide your phone number, you agree we may call or text you about your inspection, estimate, or scheduled work, including crew arrival updates. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP or telling us you'd prefer email. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential messages about work already scheduled.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; some site features may not work correctly if you do.
6. Data retention
We keep information as long as needed to provide our services and maintain business, warranty, and legal records — including job documentation that may be relevant to a future warranty claim. After that, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
7. Your choices
- Opt out of marketing emails or texts at any time
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, subject to records we must retain
- Texas residents may have additional rights under Texas privacy law; contact us to exercise them

8. Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's privacy
This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
10. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party websites whose privacy practices are their own and not covered by this policy.
