Our commitment

The Pflugerville Roofing Company is committed to making this website usable for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a finished project, and we work on it as the site changes.

Standards we work toward

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor impairments.

What we do

  • Maintain readable color contrast between text and background
  • Use clear heading structure so pages can be navigated by screen reader
  • Provide descriptive link text rather than "click here"
  • Label form fields clearly, including our inspection request form
  • Keep the site usable by keyboard alone
  • Build layouts that respond to zoom and different screen sizes
  • Provide alternative text for meaningful images

Known limitations

Some content may not yet be fully accessible — third-party embedded content such as maps or forms may not meet the same standards, and older documents or images may lack complete alternative text. We address issues as we identify them and welcome reports.

Tell us about a barrier

If you encounter something on this site you can't access, we want to know and we'll work to fix it. Please contact us and describe the page and the difficulty you experienced.

We will not let a website barrier stand between you and service. If any part of this site is difficult for you to use, contact us and we'll take your inspection request, answer questions, and arrange service directly — by phone, email, or in person.

Ongoing work

We review accessibility as we update the site and treat feedback from users as the most valuable input we get.
